Virginia (Including Washington-Reagan and Dulles
airports) and Washington
I-95
North to Washington Beltway I-495 to I-95 North
(towards Baltimore) to Exit 41B - Rt 175 West. As
you exit I-95 onto 175 West, move over to the right.
After 3 traffic lights you will cross
Rt 108. Stay on Rt 175 to Columbia Gateway
Drive, which exits to the right. Follow the ramp
onto Columbia Gateway Drive. Stay on Columbia
Gateway Drive - you will pass Alexander Bell Drive
and Eli Whitney Drive. One block after Eli Whitney
Drive, turn right at the sign that says Columbia
Gateway Drive - NOTE: the sign at this corner will
show arrows for Columbia Gateway Drive going
straight and pointing to the right - TURN
RIGHT. After turning right, follow the numbers on
the left side of the street and look for 7164
Columbia Gateway Drive - there is a large marker at
the front of the parking lot that says "The Columbia
Bank," and the building has large letters across the
top that read "The Jacobs Company." Turn left into
the parking lot, park anywhere, and call 301
452-4900 when you arrive so that you can be admitted
into the building.
From
the Silver Spring and Washington, DC areas
Rt.
29 (Colesville Rd in Silver Spring becomes Rt 29)
North to Exit 20A - Route 175 East. Drive about 3
miles and take the Snowden River Pkwy/Columbia
Gateway Drive exit (this exit is just after you
cross Dobbin Rd). At the traffic light at the
bottom of the ramp, follow the signs to Columbia
Gateway Drive; go straight (do not turn) across
Snowden River Pkway and bear right at the sign that
says "Columbia Gateway Drive" (follow the sign that
says "Columbia Gateway Drive" and stay to the right
once you cross Snowden River Parkway). Follow the
ramp onto Columbia Gateway Drive. Stay on Columbia
Gateway Drive - you will pass Alexander Bell Drive
and Eli Whitney Drive. One block after Eli Whitney
Drive, turn right at the sign that says Columbia
Gateway Drive - NOTE: the sign at this corner will
show arrows for Columbia Gateway Drive going
straight and pointing to the right - TURN RIGHT.

(towards Frederick) to Rt. 29 South (towards
Columbia/Washington) to Exit 20A - Route 175 East.
Drive about 3 miles and take the Snowden River
Pkwy/Columbia Gateway Drive exit (this exit is just
after you cross Dobbin Rd). At the traffic light
at the bottom of the ramp, follow the signs to
Columbia Gateway Drive; go straight (do not turn)

Pkwy/Columbia Gateway Drive exit (this exit is just
